Resumen
Las confrontaciones comerciales, las nuevas tecnologías y la competencia geopolítica están redefiniendo la economía global y con ello el panorama de las políticas de comercio e inversión está cambiando rápidamente. Mientras se desarrollan diferentes escenarios, el comercio administrado está ganando terreno, las reglas están cada vez más fragmentadas en diversas esferas de influencia y la gobernanza del comercio mundial se está debilitando. La Organización Mundial de Comercio se encuentra bajo una tensión significativa y el entorno empresarial es más incierto, volátil y cada vez más impulsado por el poder. En estas condiciones, la búsqueda de un sistema comercial mundial renovado es fundamental para apoyar el crecimiento, el avance tecnológico y la estabilidad mundial.
